In december 2009 united sorry will research how to join the audience into a voyage into another mind state by dancing. Together with Marianne Baillot and Amanda Pina they will explore simple movements that can birng themselves and the audience in another way of percieving themselves and the world around them. Marc Piault, a cineast, philosopher and cultural anthropoligist who worked a lot in Afrika will create an environment with streetculture from Brazil. We asked Marianne because she investigated hypnosis, and going into different mindstates in dance, and amanda because she develops performance where the public becomes the main performer. There will also be a workshop to engage some dancers before the start of the ritual on the 5th of december. The research is part of the serie ]domaines[ at the centre of Mathilde Monnier.
