As a next version of the intensifiers ( black high heels, black arty clothes, inspired by the environment and intensifying what is allready there in the space) and a side-line of the project feminine delight , we brought the beliefsystems of two dance-pioneers ( Martha Graham and Trisha Brown) in a set of mirrors and reflections, inspired by Dan Graham.

This event together with Martin Siewert/live music was part of the “wieder und wider: performance appropriated” festival in Tanzquartier Vienna an Mumok and was presented 9 november 2006. There was also a research presentation in Montpellier as parts of the dehors-series, october 2006, together with Latifa Laabissi. We are planning to rework this event into a dance-musical ( autumn 2007)

This event was an attempt to embody the rupture between the so called modern and post-modern dance, in a very sophisticated way. At a certain moment we discipline ourselves in front of the mirror to get a modern dance identity, then the dream of the subconsious comes to us to generate ideas for the theatre, but it doesnt help. we must send Martha Graham back into the jungle to follow the elepant and to relase the body, so a new (post)modern body can ressurect and talk and reflect with the public about the language of dance and the medium of theatre itself.
