I have to start learning the text of ‘feminine delight’ in French. This song never ended up in the piece.

Last 2 weeks I was working with a friend from Finland. she is working on a solo performance and she asked me to help her. She was sometimes singing and I was playing this cheap Yamaha key-board instrument. I think I will become an accompanist.

The tree is standing in our garden and the song is about ants in a tree.

Of course we will sing in honour of Marie Therese (see marie therese in 2008), but what will we sing? For my daughter this is not a problem at all, you just sing! (So geht das Lied! means ‘That’s how this song goes!’)

Anyway, I thought it would be a good idea to find a special song for our project. A sort of a hymne and then I thought why not ask you dear readers to participate in this and make a contest out of it, a sort of a Eurosongfestival. I have to talk to my colleagues about this idea…

Yes, it is X-MAS time! I made this collage together with my daughter on a cold and dark day at home listening to some funny x-mas songs. (click the image!) And now I found out that the elephant stands for cooperation, strenght, mother energy and memory. Some good words for ‘Maria Theresia entdeckt die zeitgenössische Kunst’!

HAPPY NEW YEAR TOO!

Here in Vienna Xmas time is already coming. Today it was snowing and my daughter was singing a song she learned in the Kindergarten.

Robert and I will take part in the opening-night of brut, formerly known as Dietheater. They renovated the building. (see photo) I made a little song to get in the mood of creating some BRUT.

Robert is writing poems to inspire himself to become a better (female) dancer. I see the results during our rehearsals and I tell you, I get so inspired by his (her) movements. Now I understand why people can fall in love with a person only by watching him or her dance. It’s intense!
